Back in December we had the exciting opportunity to film an episode of Chris Hardwick’s All-Star Celebrity Bowling! It was Team Nerdist (Chris Hardwick, Alex Albrecht, Rob Paulsen and Gil Dominguez-Letelier) vs. Team Clone Wars (Dave Filoni, Me, Catherine Taber and Dee Bradley Baker) and we had a blast!!! Now I must admit, I honestly thought I was a better bowler. The Nintendo Wii had given me a false sense of confidence because whenever I bowl on the Wii, I always bowl in the 200′s and I’ve even bowled a 300! Chris Hardwick is an amazing bowler, so we knew that we had a tough feat to beat Team Nerdist. Well, thank goodness this was a team competition! My 71 did not offer the team much support, but thanks to the bowling prowess of Dave, Cat and Dee we beat Team Nerdist and won a Donation for the International Wolf Center! I want to say a big thank you to Chris Hardwick and the Nerdist Channel for asking us to come and play. I also want to thank the 501st Legion and R2-D2 for donating their time to come help us, we couldn’t have done it without you. I also want to apologize on behalf of me and R2-D2 to Alex Albrecht and Gil Dominguez-Letelier for our competitive scheming…but hey, all’s fair in love and bowling!
