When they said "get in the TARDIS," we don't think they ever imagined this! This blue skater dress from Doctor Who won't let you time travel, but it will let you look real dang good. The fitted waistband is navy with white text design that reads "Police Public Call Box," and the flared skater skirt has the traditional windows and notices printed on front.
